A serious incident took place in the village of Resinoc in Lipjan in Kosovo, a 20-year-old man allegedly hit his father and brother with a car and then tried to attack them with a screwdriver, Kosovo media reports.
According to the Kosovo media, the dispute between the parties has continued near the police station in Lipjan, where G. Sinani allegedly tried to hit one of them with a screwdriver after hitting his father and brother with a car. In order to bring the situation under control, the Police reacted, in which case one of the police officers fired a gun in the air and managed to arrest the suspect.
The victims were urgently sent to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo for medical treatment. The suspect was interviewed by the investigative bodies, while the police units have carried out all the necessary examinations that help clarify the circumstances of the case.
After the completion of the police procedures, the State Prosecutor has issued a decision that the suspect be assigned the measure of police detention under the suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of 'Attempted aggravated murder' and 'Creation of general danger'.
