LDK association attacked in Viti, case related to parking conflict

An incident was recorded during the election process in Viti, where Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) association, Ilir Zuka, was physically attacked. The case was strongly condemned by the LDK branch in the city, which regards the act as an attack on democratic values and freedom of expression.

In a reaction on social media, LDK called on law enforcement agencies to take immediate action and bring to justice the perpetrators of the attack.

Kosovo Police confirmed that they have launched investigations into the case, which has been called an "assault". Police say the incident is believed to have occurred due to a parking dispute.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
