SPAK's magnifying glass on the smell of betrayal

In the unparalleled fight against organized crime, corruption at high levels and impunity, SPAK struck hard, directing its investigative magnifying glass to a threat of unprecedented proportions!

It is not about the dangers of global warming, nor about the danger of a nuclear war, nor about the danger of asteroids, nor about the danger of Artificial Intelligence.

The magnifying glass of the SPAK prosecutors' investigation went to Elda Hoti, an opposition MP who dared to bring a bottle of perfume into the Parliament. She even went so far as to spray the hall with perfume.

Forget drug lords carving their initials into city walls with bullets. Forget the killers of the abuser. The country breathes a sigh of relief, because one of the 20 prosecutors that SPAK has has focused attention on the only culprit: a deputy who dared to bring a small 50 ml bottle to Parliament, which caused a nuisance to some ministers who smelled the first time the aroma and perfume.

Forget about cyber crimes. The main danger is scented crime.

Instead of slapping justice on the mafia in SPAK offices, there is time to investigate the "dangerous smell" of parliamentary rebellion.

Perhaps next week, SPAK prosecutors will move on to investigating more heinous crimes—rumor has it that another opposition MP was caught leaving a tea bag in her glass for a full three minutes.

While the crime bosses roam free in cars that look like moving arsenals, while the abuse files make Mali e Dajti look like a hill, SPAK prosecutors have time to investigate the serious crime against personal hygiene products.

God forbid they turn their eyes to the chats on Sky Ecc or EncroChat, the digital mines where real criminals openly discuss murder, elections, business and politics. But who has time for such things when a bottle of perfume upsets the majority in Parliament?

But, everyone can sleep easy tonight because not only has the scent of the perfume been revealed, but also the scent of the party.

Let's hope that SPAK remembers that they are paid not to waste time with ridiculous things, but to deal with the real criminals who are treating the country like a playground on the property left to them by father.

Until now, SPAK has been flooded with important and non-important denunciations. It's good not to drown in a bottle of perfume...
