Milan Radoicic has been released after being detained the day before in Serbia for questioning regarding the September 24 attack in the municipality of Zvecan.
According to the Serbian media, Radoicic, the judge of the Supreme Court in Belgrade, after hearing Radoicic's testimony, refused to imprison him with the argument that there is no risk of him leaving the country. Meanwhile, RFadoicic is banned from entering Kosovo.
