DP: Veliaj cannot face prison, curses Kalana with vulgar language for denouncing

Democratic Party spokesperson Floriana Garo has stated from the blue headquarters that Erion Veliaj is unable to face prison, where he is due to personal and family corruption.

Given the insults and labels that Veliaj has directed at activist Adriana Kalaja, Garo said that the arrested mayor is using Rama-like language to insult an activist who denounces his crimes.

DECLARATION:

The language used last night on national television, during rush hour, by Erion Veliaj, the former mayor of Tirana, against a woman, a mother, and a fellow citizen, is unacceptable.

Erion Veliaj, caught in open state, personal and family corruption, has lost his patience and is taking to social media to scold his boss. Now he has started to imitate him in language, after imitating him in the destruction of Tirana, a city that was built to win, not to live in.

The vulgar language, as if dictated to him by one of the prisoners around him, speaks volumes about Veliaj and Rama's hypocrisy in relation to women.

For their propaganda and facade work, they burden them with work and flattery, and when they get into trouble, they burden them with a thousand black bags. This is the style of the Renaissance.

When they complain, they say they are being abused by their wives and children, and then they leave no woman, man, or child untouched.

The Democratic Party strongly condemns this language of political misery, and calls on the women of the Socialist Party and Tirana to distance themselves from and revolt against it.

Adriana Kalaja has not committed any crime or violation, to get into Erion Veliaj's mouth, she has only stood up for the National Theater, denounced the 5D affair and sued for corruption in the Municipality. Any attack on her or anyone else is not only a public slander of a tyranny, of a mother, but also against freedom of expression and political activism.

Coming out to her side is not only for an Albanian, a citizen of Tirana, a mother and a colleague, but also for freedom of speech, which cannot be taken away from us; neither the one who has lost his freedom after losing his honor, nor the prime minister who is already counting his last hours.
