"The wave of truth is hitting him", Francesco Becchetti "does not spare" the Albanian government

"The wave of truth is hitting him", Francesco Becchetti "does not

The Albanian government refuses to accept defeat in front of the Italian businessman Francesco Becchetti. The Court of Arbitration finally closed the case by billing the Albanian state a full 25 million euro fine.

But Francesco Becchetti, on the other hand, has not spared the Albanian government by responding with a letter. The letter, which was published in the show "Money" on Euronews Albania, was written by Becchetti on April 14 of this year.

"You are fully aware that everything you have done these 10 years against me is illegal. But what surprises me is the wave of returning the truth that is hitting him like a tsunami" , writes Becchetti in the letter.

The war, which the government has not declared closed, does not seem to be preventing Beçhetti from fulfilling his mission. The Italian businessman has started in countries like Belgium, Austria, the blocking of 50 million euros of assets that he has in his account in Albania.

Fatos Lazimi, former member of the Court of Arbitration in Paris, told "Money" that there are official sources that show that the Italian businessman has seized the accounts of ALBCONTROL. According to him, the decision speaks of 110 million euros, but there are also interests that grow every day.

"There are data that ALBCONTROL's accounts have been seized. There is information from official sources confirmed that an Austrian studio in Vienna has blocked 25 million euros that are in favor of the Albanian state. We must bear in mind that the assets that are blocked serve the commercial purposes of the Albanian state. So, in other words, if Becchetti will not prefer to choose Albania to directly execute his decision, he will go to other countries that are members of the Convention, and will freeze and seize the assets in the value intended to fulfill the obligation as a decision measure. The decision is 110 million euros in principal, but there are also interests that increase every day, and Becchetti's battle to collect this money will not be easy" , said Fatos Lazimi.
