Decoration of Andi Bushati's father / The persecuted-Meta: Unacceptable act and insult! He is the most notorious Security executioner

"A public and official insult to the victims of the crimes of communism and every other honest citizen of this country" This is how the politically persecuted in Albania described the decoration of Mehdi Bushati with the High Decoration "Knight of the Flag" by President Ilir Meta.

The politically persecuted define Mehdi Bushati as one of the most notorious executioners of the State Security, further adding that he is the perpetrator of many communist crimes, arrests, torture and numerous political sentences during the communist dictatorship and one of the top leaders of criminal and terrorist organization State Security.

Through a letter to the head of state, they write that President Meta's act is in violation of constitutional law, international conventions, the principles of freedom and democracy, the values ​​of Western democracy and civic morality.

Further, in the letter, the chairman of the politically persecuted says that he asked Meta to decorate one of the living legends of the anti-communist resistance, the former political prisoner Qani Sadiku, but he did not do it.

Let us remember that Mehdi Bushati is the father of the journalist Andi Bushati, son-in-law of Hysni Kapos and head of the State Security, during the regime of Enver Hoxha.

Mr. President! With deep indignation we heard the decoration from you with the high title “Knight of the Flag: one of the most infamous executioners of the State Security Mehdi Bushati.

The person you have decorated is the perpetrator of many communist crimes, arrests, torture and numerous political sentences during the communist dictatorship and one of the top leaders of the criminal and terrorist organization State Security. His crimes in Albanian and international law are classified as "crimes against humanity and genocide" and are not statute-barred. We have hundreds of evidence, official documents and public evidence of victims proving the authorship of his crimes

Vlerësojmë se ky veprim i juaji ( jo i vetmi ) është një fyerje publike e zyrtare nga na e kreut të shtetit Shqiptar ndaj viktimave të krimeve  komunizmit dhe çdo qytetari tjetër të ndershëm të këtij vendi .

Akti Juaj është në shkelje të ligjit kushtetues, konventave ndërkombëtare parimeve të lirisë dhe demokracisë, vlerave të demokracisë perëndimore e moralit qytetar.

Nuk mund të pretendoni të jeni garant i kushtetutës, lirisë dhe demokracisë kur me veprime te tilla nderoni e respektoni  te kundërtën e këtyre . gjene me të keqe që i ka ndodhur ndonjë herë në histori kombit e popullit shqiptar. Dekorimi nga ana Juaj i hanxharëve te përgjakur të diktaturës komuniste është një akt  i pa pranueshëm nga na jonë dhe prova që shteti shqiptar dhe ju personalisht nuk jeni shkëputur nga diktatura komuniste  e sa e keni vullnetin politik për ta bere këtë   

 Dua tiu kujtoj ato që iu thash sy për sy faljen time gjatë ceremonisë se dekorimit te dy të mbijetuarave të kampit komunist të shfarosjes ne Tepelene në 23 Gusht 2018 : ” …Z, President është këtu edhe për të dekoruar disa të mbijetuar të Kampit te Tepelenës dhe shumë mirë po bën . Por ka ndodhur në të shkuarën, shpresoj të mos ndodh më, që institucionet shtetërore Presidenti ,qeveria etje sa here që dekorojnë njerëzit tanë, viktimat e krimeve te komunizmit, shkojnë ne Tirane dhe dekorojnë edhe autoret e këtyre krimeve. Sot Enver Hoxha dhe gjithë banda e tij kriminale janë heronj dhe tituj te tjerë, te dhëna nga shteti shqiptar .Shpresoj qe kjo te mos përsëritet më….ndajeni mendjen ,o me viktimat o me xhelatët …”.

With this decoration but also others before it seems that You have made your decision to be with the executioners. Mr. President! Two weeks ago I asked you to decorate one of the living legends of our anti-communist resistance, the former political prisoner Qani Sadiku, vice-president of the National Council of the Anti-Communist Association of the Politically Persecuted of Albania. After your decree to decorate a hangman from the infamous "State Security" I finally withdraw my request for the decoration of Mr. Sadiku.

You can not give the same decoration to both executioners and victims and martyrs, this is more than hypocrisy. For us it is a crime of communism more. As long as I am the president of the anti-communist political persecuted and you, the President of the Republic, this will not happen under any circumstances.
