Florian Sulejmani has been appointed head of the Police Supervision Agency, replacing Ardi Veliu who resigned.

However, his appointment at the head of this position has caused many objections. Journalist Ferdinand Dervishi is among those who describe Sulejmani as an unsuitable person for this post, because according to him he has a dark past.

For a month, unofficially appointed head of the Police Supervision Agency (AMP) with the help of the General Director of Police, Muhamet Rumbullaku, who stayed for half an hour at the head of the members of the evaluation commission, finally Florian Sulejmani caught the post. The minister himself for 4 months, Taulant Balla, promoted him to the head of the AMP.

A part of the media and journalists made their opposing reaction to this candidacy in time. Someone wrote that he is inappropriate because he had a dark past, someone, rightly, argued that there is no need to make farcical contests when the head of the AMP is pre-appointed.

Why did conflicting information infiltrate the media? Of course it got through because such information existed. Many people, who were aware of this information, could not bear it and remained silent. For them, Florian Sulejmani was not the right person for the head of the AMP, even worse that this structure has been entrusted with the weight of "police self-cleaning" as an over-propagandized initiative of the new Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla.

Here is the evidence. Florian Sulejmani had and has in the SHKB archive (today AMP) a highly incriminating file. It seems to have been formed during the failed vetting period in the Police. In the pages of this file, Sulejmani appears as a senior official of the Security Service who persecutes police officers who do not interfere in the TIMS system to do him criminal favors.

One of the most significant pieces of evidence is the testimony (in full below) of one of his colleagues at the Rinas Police Station. According to the testimony, Florian Sulejmani, in one case, interfered with her passing, without checking him in the TIMS system, a friend of his involved in the bloody conflicts of the mines of Bulqiza. The board, only after passing it, noticed that the one suggested by Sulejmani had "criminal problems". After a month, the college refused to do, for Florian Sulejmani, another incriminating favor arguing: "...I have never broken the law and with this salary I support my family..."

Ai arrin ta heqë nga detyra në Rinas dhe ta “internojë” në Shkodër kolegen përmes mikut të tij Drejtor të Drejtorisë së Kufirit (sipas dëshmueses). Pas një muaji, dëshmuesja, me ndihmën e disa drejtuesve të tjerë të Policisë, është kthyer sërish në detyrën e kontrollores në Komisariatin e Rinasit. Por Florian Sulejmanit, sa duket, nuk i kishte dalë e keqja. 7-8 muaj më pas, miku i tij Drejtor Kufiri, i bën dëshmueses vlerësim pune dhe sërish e degdis në Shkodër.

Në finish të veprës së tij, Florian Sulejmani, kreu i ri i AMP-së, i sapoemëruar me tam-tame nga Ministri Balla, shfaq të vërtetën e gjithë brendësinë së shpirtit. Ai nuk kënaqet vetëm me degdisjen e koleges që zbatoi ligjin, por shkon deri në perversitet, duke ja komunikuar asaj gjëmën personalisht. Një monstër njerëzore në këtë rast.

Megjithë dosjen e mbushur me dëshmi e prova të ngjashme, Florian Sulejmani, miku i shpallur i Drejtorit Muhamet Rrumbullaku, e kaloi vetingun në Polici. Ndërsa kolegu i tij në SHKB, Arben Fashëri, nuk e kaloi dot. Atë e gjetën fajtor për ca të holla të fituara si emigrant në vitet 1992-1994 që nuk kishin kaluar përmes sistemit bankar, atë e hodhën edhe pse kishte gjithsej një shtëpi 1 plus 1 në Tiranë, atë e masakruan në fund të karrierës, ndërkohë që në burgje ende vijon të përdoret batuta: “Edhe ty Arben Frashëri të ka futur brenda!”.

Sigurisht që Florian Sulejmani është emëruar në krye të AMP-së si personazh që përmbush mendësinë dhe qëllimet e njerëzve që e piketuan për të pasur nën kontroll Policinë e Shtetit.

Por përzgjedhja e një njeriu me të shkuar të errët mund të jetë pjesë e një plani më të madh dhe më djallëzor. Emërimi i Florian Sulejmanit në krye të AMP-së - një agjenci që posedeon dhe përpunon informacione sekrete - e mbyll përfundimisht atë gardhin rrethues imagjinar të informacioneve të Policisë që kanë dhe do të kenë lidhje me hetimet e SPAK-ut. Në mënyrë të ngjashme dhe ugjente, 2-3 muajt e fundit, janë uzurpuar edhe të gjitha Departamentet dhe Drejtoritë në Policinë e Shtetit që kanë lidhje pikërisht me posedimin dhe kontrollin e informaconeve sekrete. Njerëz me të shkuar të errët janë emëruar, me procedura të paligjshme, në krye të Departamentit të IT dhe në krye të Drejtorisë së Antikrimit Kibernetik. Emërimi i kreut të AMP-së, si huri i fundit i gardhit rrethues të SPAK, thjesht është më i guximshmi.

After I helped him through, I was informed that this citizen had criminal problems. After a 1-month period, Florjani writes to me on the "hatsupp" application and asks me to make fictitious registrations of another citizen to which I did not accept, explaining that I have never broken the law and with this salary I support my family. I am ready to make this conversation available to you at any moment. After this rejection, the ordeal of pressures and job transfers begins for me. On 04.02.2019, I left my position as (assistant control specialist), which I held for about 8 months. The order to remove me is given by the Director of the Border Department with a phone call with the excuse simply "I want to remove him". Dr. EM, he is a friend of Florjan Sulejmani. After the intervention and persistence of the Regional Director of the Border Tirana ES, and the Head of the police station PD, I returned to my place on 12.03.2019. Again within 6-7 months, on 08.11.2019, the General Director of the EM Border (social connection of Florjan Sulejmani) requested a special work evaluation for my transfer. After the assessment with 28 points, I am informed by the Shkoder Police Directorate that I have been transferred to the local Shkoder Police Directorate. Even though I had my doubts that this ordeal of suffering was coming to me for this reason, I did not react to anyone, but to realize the goal and give the signal, I was called by Florjan Sulejmani a few days later. I wrote this whole story to show the social connections between your veting subject Florjan Sulejmani and people with a criminal past, as well as the misuse he makes of the attributes he has because of his duty, giving illegal orders or asking for favors contrary to the law.
