Suspect for the murder of Endri Mustafa, the file of Ibrahim Lici is sent for

The prosecution of Shkodra has sent for trial the criminal file against Ibrahim Lici, who is accused as a suspect in the murder of Endri Mustafa.

The file from the investigative group of the prosecution was sent to the court of Shkodra, but due to the non-arrest of Lici, the court ordered the suspension of the trial for 1 year.

For the murder of Endri Mustafa, 16-year-old Ergys Malja was sentenced to 10 years in prison, convicted of the charge of 'premeditated murder committed in collaboration'. For Maljan, the prosecution requested 12 years of imprisonment due to his minor age.

The name of Ibrahim Lici as the perpetrator allegedly emerged from the testimony of Ergys Maljas before the investigative group, since a few days after he was arrested, he accused Ibrahim Lici as the author of the murder.

According to the minor, he had left with the victim towards Livadhe, but Lici had appeared in front of him, shooting directly at Mustafa and then leaving on a motorcycle.

The mafia-type event took place at midnight on May 14, 2021 in Shkodër. 32-year-old Endri Mustafa was found by the police in the Livadhe area, killed with six bullets, one of which was in the mouth.
