Meta receives the new Mexican ambassador to Albania: I asked him to liberalize

The President of the Republic, Ilir Meta has held this morning a meeting with the new Ambassador of Mexico in Tirana, Eugenio Garcia de Alba Zepeda, on the occasion of the presentation of Credentials.

Through a post on social networks, the head of state suggests that he has asked the Mexican diplomat to liberalize the visa regime for Albanian citizens.

"I had the pleasure to receive the new Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Mexico to Albania, HE Carlos Eugenio Garcia de Alba Zepeda, on the occasion of the presentation of Letters of Credence.
I expressed interest in further enhancing bilateral relations, in order to strengthen economic cooperation
I asked Ambassador Zepeda that Mexico, like Albania before, should liberalize the visa regime for Albanian citizens,
expressing the importance that Albania attaches to relations with Mexico, and trade, in tourism, culture and other areas. I wish the Ambassador success and assure him of his full support during his important mission in our country. " - writes Meta.
