Mes mijëra qytetarëve të mbledhur në protestën para Kryeministrisë, ka marrë vëmendje edhe pjesëmarrja e avokates dhe notares Eva Buzo, e cila ka mbajtur një fjalim përpara protestuesve duke shprehur mbështetjen e saj për kauzën qytetare.
Buzo u drejtua turmës në gjuhën angleze, duke treguar lidhjen e saj personale me Shqipërinë dhe historinë familjare, sipas së cilës familja e saj ishte detyruar të largohej nga vendi për dekada të tëra.
“Nuk di të flas shqip sepse familja ime ishte dëbuar për dekada nga vendi. Por tani jam në shtëpi”, u shpreh ajo.
Gjatë fjalës së saj, notarja theksoi se ishte në protestë për të mbështetur të drejtat e njeriut dhe kërkesën e qytetarëve shqiptarë për institucione që dëgjojnë zërin e tyre.
“Jam këtu për të luftuar për të drejtat e njeriut, për popullin shqiptar. Do të bëj gjithçka që mundem që shqiptarët të kenë të drejtat e tyre dhe qeverinë që meritojnë”, deklaroi Buzo.
Ajo u bëri thirrje protestuesve që të vijojnë reagimin e tyre në mënyrë paqësore, duke theksuar se zëri i qytetarëve po dëgjohet edhe përtej kufijve të Shqipërisë.
“Për sa kohë jeni protestues paqësorë, ju do të jeni zëri i njerëzve dhe të tjerë do t’ju bashkohen. Shqiptarë, ju jeni frymëzues. Bota po e dëgjon zërin tuaj. Vazhdoni dhe mos u dorëzoni”, tha ajo.
Fjalimi i saj u prit me duartrokitje nga protestuesit dhe u konsiderua një nga momentet më të komentuara të tubimit, për mesazhin e tij të fortë mbi të drejtat e njeriut dhe angazhimin qytetar.
