The prosecution demands the punishment of Luiz Ejlli, the file is clarified why he is accused

He is the most followed and most famous character in the public at the moment in Albania after the victory achieved and participation in the "BigBrother Vip" Show.

He is Luiz Ejlli who, while he was on the Show, on the other hand faced and still has a legal battle with justice, started in the city of Lushnja and a process that is currently continuing in the Prosecutor's Office and the Court of Fier, after the new judicial map and the merger of the prosecution court in Lushnje.
FactCheck learns exclusively that from December 26, 2022, Luiz Ejlli is officially a defendant in Albanian justice as a suspect for the criminal offense of document forgery committed in cooperation.

According to Article 186, the second paragraph for which he was taken as a defendant by the prosecution of Lushnja, referring to the criminal code, he risks from 6 months to 4 years of imprisonment, in case he is found guilty.

Through these documents, FactCheck brings for the first time the story for which justice accuses Ejli that with the profession of notary, he forged a notarial statement to justify the money of a person who was under investigation.

This story starts in 2021 where the prosecution would seek the seizure of the assets of the FA citizen as unjustified with legal sources. The seizure requested at that time by the Lushnja prosecutor's office would be accepted by the court on November 28, 2021. A few months after this seizure, citizen FA, who is also a co-defendant with Ejlli, filed a notarial statement made with Notary Luiz Ejlli.

On February 25, 2022, citizen FA presents to the prosecutor's office the notarial statement which, according to him, was made at the notary office of Luiz Ejlli on December 16, 2015 and contained the data as in facsimile "No. 663 Rep, No. 213 Kol dated 16.12.2015.

According to the prosecution, this statement had the content of receiving a loan in two installments from 2008-2015 of 151,000 euros and 2011-2015 of 60,000 euros, which the wife of citizen FA had taken to pay off a loan.

And precisely this statement was not found in the archives of the Ministry of Justice in response to requests for information, requests within the framework of the property investigation being carried out by the prosecution of Lushnja.

Kaq ka mjaftuar që prokuroria të krijojë dyshime se mund të ketë një shkelje ligjore dhe ka thelluar hetimet duke zbuluar zyrën noteriale të Luiz Ejllit e po ashtu dhe veprimet e bëra disa vite më parë.

Prokuroria ka kërkuar në arkivat e noterit Luiz Ejlli të dhëna për këtë deklaratë noteriale dhe ajo rezulton si deklaratë, por në emër të një tjetër shtetasi dhe aspak bashkëshortes së shtetasit F.A për të cilin hetimi pasuror ishte finalizuar me sekuestro.

Mospërputhja e këtyre deklaratave ka shtyrë prokurorinë të hap regjistrin e ish noterit Ejlli dhe aty ka zbuluar se as para datë 16.12.2015 e as pas kësaj date shtetasi F.A s’kishte kryer asnjëherë një veprim noterial tek zyra e Luizit.

Në konkluzion të këtij hetimi dhe veprimeve noteriale të verifikuara hap pas hapi, prokuroria thotë se kemi të bëjmë me një falsifikim intelektual ku s’është falsifikuar shkrimi apo vula, por përmbajtja e një dokumenti është ndryshuar.

Ndalur tek përgjegjësia penale apo motivi i kryerjes së këtij krimi, prokuroria thotë “Rezulton e Provuar se shtetasi F.A e ka kryer veprën penale të “falsifikimit të dokumenteve, në formën e falsifikimit intelektual në bashkëpunim edhe me ish-noterin Luiz Ejlli, pasi ky i fundit thotë prokuroria i ka patur vulat deri më datë 16 prill 2022 kur i janë marrë në dorëzim dhe janë nxjerr jashtë përdorimit me komision të ngritur nga Ministria e Drejtësisë.
