A young man was arrested in Vlora after being accused of breaking the "house arrest" security measure and stabbing a 34-year-old man, then damaging his vehicle.

28-year-old Kejvi Bendaj is suspected of stabbing a 34-year-old man and damaging his vehicle for weak motives.

"As a result of quick actions, citizen Kejvi Bendaj, 28 years old, resident of Panaja, was arrested in flagrante delicto, who had violated the security measure "House arrest", imposed by the Court, for the criminal offenses "Intentional serious injury" and "Destruction of property".
Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office where proceedings were initiated at large for citizen B. B (H)., 34 years old.

Citizen KB is suspected of having stabbed citizen BB and damaged his vehicle for weak motives. Then, citizen B. B went to citizen KB's apartment, damaged his vehicle and threatened him with a shotgun that he possessed without a permit.

Citizen BB received treatment and is out of danger to his life ," the police announced. 

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Vlora Court of First Instance for further action.
