Europeans, you have slandered us.

Europeans, you have slandered us.

By Luciano Boci

The EU summit, beyond the political agendas of the member states, was interpreted by the hosts (Rama) as an act of certification of an electoral patriotism worthy of third world countries.

In a hall dressed in the madness of colorful tracts, disgusting servility, and delirious outbursts, Albanians saw and heard how their former dream of Albania, like all of Europe, crumbled before the screens.

Naturally, not without irony, the first post-summit question is:

Are we like Europe, or have we discovered that Europe is like us, after 35 years?!

Because it is completely impossible for the all-powerful people of dream countries to trample and humiliate that dream of ours, by showering congratulations on a man who has defiled every democratic and European norm, a drug addict who has established a narco-state in the heart of a Europe tired of the vanity of welfare and the withering away of faith.

It's good that you left us behind your heavy gates for 35 years, but at least spare us the absurd theater of selling out values and principles and the feeling of being slandered for your "love" and "amazement" for our supreme Maoist leader.

You, the "infallible" leaders of this outdated Europe, should know well that for many Albanians, the European Union has been for decades the symbol of hope, democracy, and justice.

We don't owe you the opposite, because your spectacle under the steam of political flattery has cracked and even broken this trust.

The repeated and almost disgusting support for Edi Rama, for your petty or sound state reasons, even in cases where there is strong evidence of electoral manipulation and capture of institutions, has undermined the deep trust that citizens have had in you.

Are you Germans unaware of the wiretaps published by "Bild", where senior SP officials are heard organizing vote buying?!

Or maybe you Belgians, Dutch, Spanish, Swedes, etc., don't know the findings of the OSCE/ODIHR, your internationally certified organization, about serious violations unheard of in a European country, worthy of India in the 70s and African countries, in the electoral process?!

But haven't your security services told you French people yet that the second most used language on Sky-Encro is not French, but Albanian, and that the breach of the system that you made clearly reveals Rama's political collaboration with gangs to hijack elections, launder money, and empower crime?!

But you Italians don't know yet that your mafia today, according to your famous anti-mafia, is convincingly competed by the Albanian mafia, whose anti-fascist power lies in supporting Edi Rama's politics and state, or has your blindness to an immigrant prison darkened your democratic and conservative mind and logic?!

But your diplomatic headquarters, or that of the EU, cannot read the known cases in these elections with facts denounced by the opposition and the media where citizens feel blackmailed, bought or abandoned?!

Cases when the electoral process has been blown up?!

When the vote is hijacked and alienated by criminal groups, political and administrative patronage, with money or threats to one's job, livelihood, and even life?!

Do you want more than that?!

Maybe, maybe, you still haven't understood, dear Europeans, that Rama has used the machetes of justice tucked into his pocket to persecute and imprison political opponents, just like his predecessor Hoxha did, because it sounds cynical and absurd that you continue to express "satisfaction" with Rama's "reforms" and "progress."

I'm not a diplomat, gentlemen, but this is no longer diplomacy. This is called complicity!

The EU must understand one fundamental thing: Albania does not need an autocrat decorated with international approvals.

There is no need for parents 1 and 2, nor for marriages between men and women, nor for surrogacy.

There is a need for free elections, independent justice, and institutions that serve citizens, not parties.

The support that has been and is being given to Rama by you, despite the violations of democracy, is the worst message that can be given to Albanians: that it doesn't matter how many injustices occur, how many votes are stolen, or how many people leave - it is enough to maintain a facade of "stability."

All this is slander, European gentlemen!

Oh, and finally one thing:

Laugh, Europeans, at your childish images served up by cultivated madness and artificial intelligence at the same time.

Laugh!

Rama is yours!

But still, don't forget that Europe belongs to Albanians.
