"The goods are 800-cents", how Altin Morina trained RENEA and made bargains

SPAK investigations have released transcripts of encrypted communications on SKY EÇ, which speak of the connections of former RENEA agent, Altin Morina, with international drug trafficking.

Morina trained the elite RENEA forces in Albania, at a time when he was active in cocaine trafficking in Europe and as far as Ecuador.
