Human trafficking/ 4 laboratories with forged Albanian passports discovered in

Greek police have conducted an operation called "Cerberus", arresting 23 people involved in human trafficking.

At least 4 laboratories producing counterfeit passports have been identified, from photos showing that they were mainly Albanian and Greek.

From the investigation so far, which is ongoing, 3,700 counterfeit passports and ID cards from various countries and approximately 50,000 euros have been seized.

Police officers found bags of fake passports, drawers full of stamps, and envelopes of money in the apartments they searched.

As seen in the video released by ELAS, the gang leader was arrested, who had set up a large laboratory in an apartment in the workers' housing area in Peristeri.

According to information, the network was involved in more than 500 cases of illegal migrant trafficking, earning at least 4 million euros.
