Arrested for the plan to kill Sokol Sanxhaktari, SPAK releases "Vis

SPAK prosecutors released Elvis Koçi alias (Çaushllari), otherwise known in Elbasan as "Vis Korçari", a known name of the "Dumani" file.

The decision to release him from the cell was taken by 3 prosecutors, who, after the statements that Koçi gave, assessed that the person arrested during the sensational operation "Golden Bullet", left the prison premises and was investigated in a free state.

"Ora News" learns that Koçi has left the premises of the Fier prison since April 7, 2023, completing the sentence received by the court of Elbasan, related to the event of November 20, 2020 that occurred in Elbasan, where after a collision with gun with a group of young people, was sentenced to 3.4 years of imprisonment for the charge of "Unlawful Possession of Weapons".

The release of Elvis Koç marks the second case, where SPAK maintains the same position with the persons arrested during the "Golden Bullet" operation.

The other case was recorded with the release of Florenc Çekrezi, who sold the quantity of tritol to Eljo Bitri on two occasions, after which the explosive substance was placed in the apartment of Talo Çela and Mustafa Subashi in Durrës.
