These images come from the major "Ura" operation against international drug trafficking, money laundering, and abuse of office.

As reported by the Italian media RAI , the execution of orders for the seizure of movable and immovable assets in Albania and Italy, worth several million euros, issued by the GIP of Bari and by the judge at the Special Court of First Instance for Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime of Tirana against 52 persons investigated for various reasons is planned.

The operation is carried out by the Anti-Mafia Investigation Directorate of Bari and the Albanian Authorities, with the assistance of Interpol, the Office of Security Experts of Tirana and the Albanian Police, by order of the Anti-Mafia District Directorate of Bari and the Special Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, with the coordination of Eurojust (The Hague) and the National Anti-Mafia and Anti-Terrorism Directorate of Rome.

The investigative activity is part of the investigative project of the DDA of Bari and SPAK of Tirana that aims to combat the uninterrupted international trafficking of cocaine and heroin, managed by Albanian criminal organizations, which move large quantities of drugs between the Balkans, Northern Europe and Puglia.
