The next hearing at the GJKKO that was to take place between Vilma Nushi and DP MP Albana Vokshi has been postponed due to the absence of Judge Etleva Deda.
The next session is reportedly scheduled to be held on May 29 at 9:00 AM.
In this session, SPAK is expected to take a position regarding Nushi's claims that Vokshi's statements about illegal benefits in tenders are unfounded, asking the court to find the MP guilty of defamation.
Vokshi, on the other hand, claims that her complaints are valid, and has even filed each complaint with the Special Prosecutor's Office.
