The Italian Antimafia file, regarding the international operation "Ura", provides details of the Albanian criminal organization based in Durrës which collaborated with criminal groups in Italy for drug trafficking.

According to the secured file, the Durrës-based organization was led by Xhevdet Troplini, previously known for international drug trafficking not only in Albania and Italy, but also in Germany.

The Antimafia file shows that it was the repentant justice official, Nuredin Dumani, who, through his testimony, led to the crackdown on Troplini's organization.

"Regarding the methods of supplying heroin from Albania, other important relationships have come to light, aimed at implementing supplies of heroin and cocaine to be imported into Italy, between COBA Adi and the Albanian citizen DOCI Elvis known as "Visi i Pojës", a key member of the criminal group headed by his uncle Xhevedet TROPLINI known as "Poja", dedicated to international drug trafficking, with branches in Albania, Italy and Germany. Regarding the operations and criminal nature of the association attributed to Xhevedet Troplini, as well as referring to the relationships between Elvis Doçi and Adi COBA, known as "Bazholi", the Albanian justice collaborator Dumani Nuredin, questioned in Tirana as part of the Joint Investigation Team in progress between the DDA of Bari and the Albanian SPAK", the file states.
