Italian Attorney General Michele Carbone has spoken about the mega-operation "Bridge", which took place between Italy and Albania, saying that it is a criminal activity that crosses borders, reaching as far as Latin America.

Carbone said that criminal groups trafficking drugs have contacts beyond Italy and Albania.
