Gjylameti comes out "against" Rama, takes footage from the CEC after

The in-person competition on the open lists of the Socialist Party created dissatisfaction among some candidates, who asked the Central Election Commission for video footage of the vote counting with allegations of irregularities.

But, yesterday, Prime Minister Edi Rama sent a message to the Socialist MPs who had requested the footage of the counting, asking them to desist from this act.

Euronews Albania journalist Ervin Koçi showed on the Now show that Blerina Gjylameti, unlike the 3 socialists Etilda Gjonaj, Xhemal Qefalia and Frrok Gjini in the Shkodra district, has obtained the footage requested by the CEC with the vote counting and has not filed a complaint with the CEC.

" Taking the footage doesn't mean you'll file a complaint, you can view it and keep it. Qefalia has withdrawn, Gjonaj has withdrawn, and Frrok Gjini has withdrawn this afternoon. Taking the footage doesn't constitute a complaint. The possibility that such a major maneuver was made in the counting groups seems very far-fetched to me ," he said.
