This is Ermir Dedja, the 29-year-old who was killed in the attack that occurred at midnight on Tuesday in Durrës.
Dedja was shot by masked individuals who have not yet been identified.
The 29-year-old is known to have a criminal record. 10 years ago, in 2015, he was arrested as a suspect for selling a quantity of narcotics to two citizens from Hasi, who were going to traffic them into Kosovo.
Two years later, in 2017, he was arrested for aiding the perpetrator of an injury and for illegally possessing a knife that was found during a physical search.
