Celibashi's statement on the diaspora vote, Zhupa: The envelopes did not

DP MP Ina Zhupa has raised strong questions regarding the diaspora voting process.

Referring to the statement of Chief Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi, who said that the envelopes did not arrive in the normal way, but by mail, Zhupa wrote on social media that the votes are not regular and the integrity of the process has been undermined.

" With sound and image, how the diaspora vote has been destroyed!
The envelopes did not come with DHL (according to the contract) but with Rama's Post and other methods, such as Taulant's bags. This also coincides with the time when they declared the machine and that they would fill them themselves!
The votes are clearly no longer regular and the integrity of the process has been undermined.
It is the same as if in the voting in Albania someone went with their own ballot paper and was allowed to throw it directly into the box!!!
From the votes of Taulant's bags, the DP in the Vlora district lost a mandate, adding even more violations to an internal process with equally criminal schemes ," writes Zhupa.
