Vucic message to the Serbian coach: Go to Tirana and win against Albania

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, a day after participating in the European Political Community Summit in Tirana, held a rally with his party in the city of Niš, where he addressed a special request to the coach of the Serbian national team, Dragan Stojkovic.

During his speech, Vucic publicly praised Stojkovic, asking him to lead the Serbian national team to a victory in the match against Albania that will take place on June 7 at the "National Arena" in Tirana.

"I saw him a little while ago and now I see that he is here again. Please, strongly applaud the Serbian coach, Dragan Stojkovic. The legend of Niš, who has not been hidden like many others and came to be with us tonight. In June or July, he plays there against Albania, to beat them," Vucic told his supporters.

The match between Albania and Serbia is part of Group K as part of the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup. The long-awaited confrontation will take place at 20:45 in Tirana and is expected to attract wide attention, not only for the sporting importance, but also for the emotional and political load that historically accompanies the meetings between the two national teams.
