Powerful fire in Shkodër, 25 commercial units burn, a woman is carried out

A powerful fire broke out this afternoon in the "Ndoc Mazi" neighborhood of Shkodra, near the used clothes market. 

The flames also engulfed several apartments and burned 25 commercial units.

Also, a woman was taken out on a stretcher from asphyxiation.

Numerous police and fire brigades have arrived at the scene and are working intensively to extinguish the flames. 

Help has been requested from the Civil Emergencies, as the firefighters continue their work and it is reported that vehicles have arrived from Malësia e Madhe and Ulqini.
