Former Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has commemorated the birthday of his brother, Luan Haradinaj, who was killed during the war.

Through a touching dedication, Haradinaj says that for him and the Luani family he has remained young as 23 years old as he fell for the freedom of Kosovo.

"Luan, we are running out of years, and you stay young forever.
You were born forty-seven years ago, but to us, you are always twenty-three years old, just as you fell for our freedom. Congratulations brother, 23rd birthday! ” , writes Haradinaj.
