Berisha from the Parliament: In 13 years, no tender has been won by a European

DP leader Sali Berisha spoke from the Parliament podium, accusing the government of driving foreign investors away from Albania.

Berisha stated that no foreign investor has won a tender in Albania.

Meanwhile, the leader of the Democrats emphasized that the DP supports foreign investments, as being of vital importance for the country.

"The only investor in 13 years, a foreigner, how can we remove him from Albania? For 13 years there has been no foreign investor on Albanian soil. For 13 years no tender in Albania has been won by a European company. No foreign investor.

"What is happening? What is the DP's position? The position is this: we believe that foreign investments are of vital importance for Albania. You are driving away the only foreign investor left in Albania," Berisha said.
