The DP deputy, Agron Shehaj, has reiterated that the Foreign Minister, Olta Xhaçka, is a direct beneficiary of the strategic investment made by her husband, Artan Gaçi.

Therefore, at the meeting of the Council for Regulation, Mandates and Immunity, shehaj requested that the minister's mandate be removed by the Constitutional Court and then investigated by SPAK.

"Through the motion in the Assembly, we have proven that Minister Xhaçka has not only violated the Constitution, but with fictitious actions, she has tried to hide this fact, using her sister-in-law.

This is the reason why Xhaçka should be punished, first by the Constitutional Court with the removal of his mandate and then he should be criminally investigated by SPAK" , writes Shehaj on social networks, as he shares parts of the discussion at the meeting of the Council for Regulation, Mandates and Immunity.
