The independent candidate for deputy in Debar, Elton Debreshi has denounced that he risks endangering the vote of the citizens. He says shortly before the closing of the voting process, party commissioners forcibly expelled observers from the polling station.

The event, according to Debresh, took place in VC no. 1029 in the city of Bulqiza. He adds that the commissioners have locked the door, emphasizing that this is an attempt to touch the will of the citizens.

Debreshi informs that the Bulqiza CEAZ has refused to register the complaint of the observers of this party. He demands that the internationals react and that legal responsibility be held. Dibra is one of the counties with high turnout.
