Violence against the 3-year-old in the kindergarten, the owner of the

Criminal proceedings have started against the owner of the kindergarten "4 stinët" in Tirana, where the serious incident of rape of a 3-year-old child by the teacher took place.

The procedure has started for Daniel Danushi, since this garden turned out to be without a license.

Police notification:

Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of the DVP Tirana have referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, where the criminal proceedings have started for the citizen Daniel Danushi, 45 years old, resident of Tirana, for the criminal offenses "Unlicensed exercise of financial activities", "Concealment of income", and "Non-payment of taxes and duties".

This citizen has practiced without the relevant license, the activity in a kindergarten, on "Ali Demi" street, Tirana, and has hidden the income gained from this activity.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions.
