"Fake Promise"/ They deceived foreigners, the owner and administrator

Tirana Police have arrested two people in flagrante delicto and have proceeded with the release of three others, as part of the operation codenamed "Fake Promise", for defrauding foreign citizens through an unregistered call center.

Those arrested are:

OP, 22 years old, owner of a private call center entity;
EM, 25 years old, administrator of the same entity.
Also, three female citizens, employed as operators, have been processed at large:

JB, 36 years old,
S.Gj., 27 years old,
Xh.M., 30 years old.
According to the investigation, the criminal activity took place in an environment on Dibra Street, where the arrested and prosecuted deceived foreign citizens by presenting themselves as sales agents. They convinced the victims to invest in a fictitious platform called "Coin Tracking", promising them false profits.

During the operation, the police seized as material evidence:

5 computer units,
7 mobile phones,
List of personal data of defrauded foreign citizens.
The materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Tirana Court of First Instance for further action. The police continue their investigations to identify other possible accomplices and to fully unravel this fraud scheme.
