A serious accident was recorded this evening on the Mbreshtan-Pashalli road axis, in the area known as "Rezervuari".

A jeep-type vehicle with the license plate "AA 488 EK" lost control, went off the road and ended up in a stream below the road.

The driver of the vehicle, 59-year-old Kastriot Çuka, as well as the three passengers traveling with him, were injured.

They were removed from the car with the help of the police and urgently transported to the Berat Regional Hospital, where they are receiving medical treatment.

It is previously established that the segment where the accident occurred has serious infrastructure problems, including a lack of lighting, extensive road damage, and sharp curves, which significantly increase the risk of traffic in this area.
