The Constitutional Court has set the date when it will hold the first session for the request made by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha for the first security measure against him, that of the "obligation to appear" set by GJKKO on October 20, 2023 .
The first session in the Constitutional Court will be on November 19, 2024.
Sali Berisha has asked for the repeal of the "obligation to appear" measure that was initially imposed on him, which he considers to be unconstitutional.
The lawsuit filed in the Constitutional Court by Sali Berisha was accepted a few days ago by this body.
