The fourth Albania-EU Conference will be held in Luxembourg on April 14

Albania will hold its fourth intergovernmental conference in Luxembourg on April 14. The announcement was made on the official website of the European Council.

Albania has been a candidate country for membership in the European Union since 2014. The First Intergovernmental Conference between Albania and the EU was held in July 2022.

While in October 2024, the Second Intergovernmental Conference between Albania and the EU was held, marking the official opening of negotiations for the first group of chapters, for the process of Albania's membership in the EU, while the third conference was held on December 17 of the year we left behind.
