The latter had contacted Emiljano Ramazan by phone, telling him that he would meet Nuredin Dumani to take the money he had received to the person they had spoken to.

Apart from this meeting, Nuredini met Emiljano a second time to confirm the fact of sending the money where it was needed.

At the beginning of 2020, through his acquaintance Elio Bitri, he found out that Erjon Alibej had doubts that one of the people who had organized the murder of his brother Endrit Alibej, his uncle and a Turk Erdal Durunay in Bradashesh, was Nuredini, who in at the time of the event, he stated that he was in prison in France.

To remove any doubt, he decided to go to meet Erjon Alibej himself at his house; he took the prison papers he had made in France to convince them that he had not been in Albania at that time.

In the conversation with him, he realized that Erjon Alibej had gathered information about him and his family, so the conversation continued for several hours.

Then they met several more times with Erjon Alibej, so much so that they became friends, even sleeping at his house.

Erjon told him that the Çopja brothers were ready to pay to kill him too, so he had decided to act before them by killing Emiljano Ramazan.

Erjon Alibej confided this to Nuredini, although the latter did not have many acquaintances in Elbasan, so they thought of seeking the help of Elio Bitrin, who refused to be involved in this crime because he was a friend of Emiljano.

Erjon told Nuredini that he had hired two people to collect information, observe and monitor Emiljano's movements.

One was called Julian and another whose name he did not remember; Julian recognized this physically because Erjon had told him, because at that time he had to stay in Elbasan, and he got an entrance to the same palace with him, and he also put a camera behind the entrance of the palace to watch the movements of his.

They knew that Emiljano went to the car service, to the gym, and they also knew the house and the license plate of the car he used; he showed Emiljano's photos, the car license plate, the place where he had his house, the car service he had and the gym he frequented, by sending them to two of his friends, Enrik Hoxha and Skerdi Tas, on SkyChat, people who had planned and agreed to carry out the murder.

He never had direct contact with Julian, not letting him understand that he was engaged in this crime; neither Enrik Hoxha had introduced him to Erjon Alibej, nor did Skerdi Tasin, who was a close relation of Enrik Hoxha.

Erjon Alibej made available 100,000 euros to give to the executors. Before committing the crime, 50,000 euros were given to Enrik and another 50,000 euros were given to him a few days after he committed the crime by a person sent by Erjon Alibej.

Nuredini talked to Enrik about the place where he had to go to get the money from the person who would take it to him, which was on the Elbasan-Tirana road segment; on the day of Emiljano's execution, Enriku informed Nuredini that "we are done" and Nuredini himself informed Erjon about this, although they were together in Erjon's house and there was also a radio on the police frequencies from which he heard about the movements of the police before and after the event .
