Famous Italian singer: Albanians saved my father from certain death

The famous Italian singer, Albano Carrisi has confessed why his name is associated with the Albanian nation.

Invited to the show "In the Trap of Peter Pan" on TV Klan, Italian artist Albano Carrisi said that his name was given to him by his father because he was very connected to the Albanian land.

The Italian artist says that his father was in Albania during the Second World War and the Albanians had saved him from certain death.

" My father was Italian and being here in the war in his 40s he told my mother who called him Alban that it would be our destiny. "My father loved this land very much because in the World War, he told me that the Albanians had saved him from certain death, so that is why I am so connected to this land" , said the artist.
