The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, reacted after the tensions in the north of Kosovo where the Serbs blocked the passage of vehicles to the border points with barricades.

In a post on Facebook, referring to the statements made today by Prime Minister Rama, he writes that the situation in the north created by Little Putin (President Aleksandar Vucic) received Rama's support.

Dear friends, the conflict situation in the North of Kosovo was created by Little Putin of Belgrade, Aleksander Vučić, who threatened the Kosovo government and NATO with deadly response and conflict if the reciprocity agreements for Serbian license plates and letters were implemented. in Kosovo. After these statements, yesterday afternoon and in the evening in the North of Kosovo, Serbian gangs sounded war sirens, blocked the roads with barricades and opened fire on the Kosovo police.

This state of conflict was faced with a strong international reaction, primarily from NATO, which directly protects Kosovo and, through KFOR, declared that it was ready to intervene in case the stability of Kosovo was endangered.

This is how the European Union and the European Commission reacted with the high representative of foreign policy and security, Jozef Borrel, who demanded the immediate removal of the barricades placed on the roads of the municipalities of North Kosovo and the border crossings by the gangs of Vucic. The US embassy in Pristina also reacted, which assessed the Kosovo government's decisions regarding reciprocity for the notices and license plates issued in Serbia as legal, but requested a one-month postponement of their implementation, which the Kosovo government accepted.
