In a post on the social network X, Charles McGonigal's ex-girlfriend, Allison Guerrier, has made further accusations against the former FBI official, claiming that he is trying to impose a gag order on her, after the publication of several photos of him with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.

 “Charles McGonigal even texted me photos of himself and Edi Rama, which I posted on Twitter to harass him into filing a restraining order solely for the purpose of creating a publicly available court document for crimes he was never charged with,” writes Allison Guerrier.

She also claims that McGonigal is trying to impose a "ghosting order" on her.

Attached to this post, she also wrote a link to a previous post asking followers and the general public to share her donation page, as she needs funds to travel and pay for a defense attorney.

The McGonigal case has attracted widespread media interest since he was accused in the US of inappropriate relationships with foreign actors and particularly of having connections with Albanian officials in a manner inappropriate to his status as a senior FBI official.
