A serious incident occurred a few minutes ago in Durrës, where a woman tried to burn herself with gasoline in front of the municipality.

The reasons that forced the 60-year-old to commit the aggravated act are still unknown, but the event has created panic among the citizens.

Meanwhile, the police intervened immediately, escorting him to the police station.

On 14.12.2020, at 10:10, in front of the Municipality of Durrës, the citizen FG, about 60 years old, was holding a bottle of gasoline in her hand and it is suspected that she intended to burn herself. The citizen FG was accompanied by the services of the General Patrol in the premises of the Police.

The investigative group and the Police services continue the work for the full clarification of the circumstances of the event.
