The appeal of the GJKKO has rejected the request of the former judge of Elbasan, Pajtime Fetahu, who requested release from prison.
Pajtime Fetahu was linked to the criminal organizations of Hajdar Çopja and Suel Çela. It is suspected that the former judge had connections to the criminal histories of the brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja.
According to SPAK, Fetahu provided the brothers with secret information in exchange for 11,000 euros, a gold coin, and a mobile phone from members of the "Çopja" criminal group.
