The Special Court has decided to proceed with the criminal case against lawyer Radovan Çela, involved in the so-called "Toyota Yaris" case, for trial.
The court hearing took place after the surrender of Çela, who had previously been declared wanted along with two other defendants, Astrit Vladi and Erjona Daupaj.
The lawyer has requested a summary trial, a procedure that provides for the case to be reviewed solely on the basis of evidence collected by SPAK. The decision on whether or not to accept this request will be made on May 12.
