The partner of the Mexican Sinaloa cartel was received in the Prime Minister

A day ago, the Mexican newspaper "El Universal" disclosed a report by the anti-trafficking authorities of Mexico, which stated that the Sinaloa cartel has formed an alliance with the Albanian mafia and is massively laundering money in Albania. According to Mexican authorities, cartel leader Ismael Zambada García, known as El Mayo, has established close ties with the Albanian brothers Luftar, Arben, Fatos and Ramiz Hysa.

Unknown to the general public to this day, apparently the partners of the Sinaloa cartel are not unknown to the government. This photo was taken on October 2, 2020. It shows three people leaving a meeting with the prime minister. The tall person on the right side of the screen is; former CDU-CSU German MP Mark Haupmann. The one in the middle is Luftar Hysa, whom the Mexican authorities label as a partner of the Sinaloa cartel, while on the left is Besnik Lulaj, the owner of Marina Bay in Vlora.

In this second photo, Luftar Hysa and Angela Merkel's former deputy appear even more clearly, leaving the office of the prime minister of Albania. The photos were published by the Dosja.al portal on October 4, 2020, but the article was entirely focused on the visit of the former German deputy, since at that time no one knew who the characters accompanying Haupman were.

But MCN has managed to identify that it is precisely about Luftar Hysa and Besnik Lulaj, who were received at the Prime Minister. Along with these three was Dorian Ducka, adviser to the prime minister for foreign investments, who apparently was also the organizer of the meeting.  

This is one of the biggest scandals that has involved the Albanian government. In the office of the prime minister, the partners of the biggest drug trafficker in the world, Ismael Zambada, who, according to the Mexican intelligence authorities, are laundering the money of the Sinaloa cartel through investments in tourism in Albania, were welcomed in a meeting.

But the photos clearly show that the Sinaloa cartel has managed to reach the highest office of the Albanian state, that of the prime minister, deepening the scandal even more. In what capacity was Mr. Hysa received in the Prime Minister? Who brought together a former German deputy with a person accused of close ties to the Sinaloa cartel. And what was the purpose of the meeting? These are the questions that naturally arise after these photos, which plunge the Albanian government into another big scandal. MCN
