The perpetrator who stabbed 53-year-old Eduart Rrapi in Yzberisht, Tirana, today was arrested a few hours after the incident.

"Criminal Investigation Specialists at Police Station No. 6 arrested citizen AP, 24 years old, resident of Tirana, in flagrante delicto.

The arrest of this citizen was made after, during a conflict for weak motives, he injured citizen E. Rr., 53 years old, with a cutting tool, who is out of danger to his life , "the police announced. 

The procedural materials will be passed on to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
