The prosecution wants to confiscate his property, as Gega escaped 'from the

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana requested today the seizure of 6 assets of Altin Gega, as they are suspected to derive from illegal activities such as drug trafficking, which Gega is suspected to have dealt with in different countries.

In the announcement of the prosecution, it is stated that "Citizen Altin Gega, from the information received during the operation, has carried out this activity in the field of selling cocaine, also in other countries outside Albania, such as in Italy, the Netherlands, but more focused and more intensively in Germany.”

The prosecution emphasizes that the assets placed by the Gega family are unjustifiable.

Altin Gega was arrested in July of last year together with several other people with 1.2 kilograms of cocaine in the vehicle. Gega together with other people showed resistance and tried to escape from the blues. At the time, the policemen of the operation were questioned after the action was called 'failed'.

During the operation, the police also arrested a journalist who was filming the event.

Gega is suspected of having strong ties with criminal groups in Tirana, while he has exercised his activity in countries outside the border, such as in the Netherlands, Italy, but mainly he has been focused on Germany.
