A court in Moscow has issued an arrest warrant for Svetlana Valeryevna Timofeyeva, whose personal data completely coincides with the data of a woman who has been detained in Albania, under accusations of espionage.

The court in the Meshchasky district said on August 26 that it had added Timofeyevan - who has been accused of illegally obtaining classified information - to the list of people wanted around the world.

Her full name and date of birth – March 19, 1989 – mentioned in court in connection with Timofeyeva, are the same data as that of Russian photographer Svetlana Timofeyeva, who is also known as Lana Sator.

She was arrested days ago in Albania, together with two other men.

Timofeyeva is known as a photographer who takes pictures of functional and abandoned factories, and publishes them on her Instagram account, where she has over 250 followers.

Timofeyeva and the other two men, one Russian, Mikhail Zorin, and the other Ukrainian, Fedir Mykhaylov, were detained on August 20 in Albania, a NATO member country.

Albania also supports Ukraine as it defends itself from Russian invasion.

The weapons factory in Gramsh was opened in 1962 to produce AK-47 rifles and other weapons.

Production was stopped there after the fall of communism in 1990 and then the destruction of weapons began.

The factory is still used to repair military weapons, but it no longer produces them.

Albanian authorities have said that Timofeyeva and Mykhaylov were detained near the factory, while Zorin was inside.

He threw pepper spray at two military guards who tried to arrest him.

On August 24, the authorities in Albania made a decision to keep the three people in prison until the investigations are completed./ REL
