The Special Appellate Panel dismissed Judge Luan Daci. He is accused of forging documents.

Daci was taken into custody by the SPAK, after he was accused of concealing the fact that he had been dismissed as a judge in 1997. The Special Prosecution requested one year in prison for the judge, but the GJKKO imposed 6 months imprisonment, converted to 1 year of probation.

Judge Luan Daci reacted after the KPA decision, which he accuses of violating the Constitution. In a statement to "News 24", he said that he would address the Strasbourg Court, calling today's decision serious.

He said that the members of this institution have violated two constitutions for the given decision, and stressed that for his right he will be directed to the Strasbourg Court.

"Today, the KPA violated both Constitutions. Violated the constitutions and went to the magistrate law. Our constitution is an annex. You are interested in overturning the decision of Strasbourg, and Luan Daci will win all the rights. I will go to Strasbourg.

I will do everything to return the rule of law to Albania. I emphasize today, two constitutions have been violated. It is very serious to violate a high-level courtroom. The right delays, but does not forget " , said Daci.
