Përparim Rama, the new mayor of Prishtina

The President of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku has announced the victory of the LDK candidate for mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama.

In a press conference, Abdixhiku said that Rama is the new mayor of the capital.

"Let me announce the victories in Istog, Fushë Kosovë, Junik and Dragash , " he said.

"We will take care of Pristina with full care. "Progressing with his team will serve as a leader for everyone."

So far, 94 percent of the votes have been counted in the capital and the LDK candidate, Përparim Rama, continues to lead with 50.84 percent of the votes.
