How did you know about Berisha's announcement 'non grata' in

Prime Minister Edi Rama has stated that he is aware of many facts due to his position, taking occasion from the announcement 'non grata' of Sali Berisha referring to his 2019 statement.

Invited to the Open, Rama also spoke about the issue of lobbying and how much it is possible to influence the US State Department for such a decision.

Excerpts from the debate:

How did you know about Berisha in 2019?

Rama: I know other things because of my position.

Are you an author on this?

Rama: I have no comment, the announcement is clear, every comment politicizes it

What about lobbying?

Rama: If the US were to function with lobbying, imagine how many dictators with diamonds and gold crates could have bought America many times, they are who they are because no one buys them on this earth, they do it. Lobbying there is some photos with congressmen and senators and some who know exactly where Albania falls, some articles here and there for a fee but that's it. 

But lobbying the State Department, through all of America's billionaires, does not work that way they would be like us, they are superpowers.

The government is not influenced there, it is a tale that tells those who want to believe it, how can the US be a state that makes decisions by lobbying, would be a discredited country ath. You can not buy their decision making.
