"Tell Jona to engage with the elections", revealed the interceptions from the 5D file

Journalist Klodiana Lala has secured part of the SPAK file for the officials and former officials of the Municipality of Tirana accused of corruption.

The file reveals the conversation between the former director of IMT, Mariglen Qato, and the citizen Jonida Hoxhaj, who works as an economist in this trading company.

During the investigations, the computer unit of the "HP" brand, seized from the citizen Jonida Hoxhaj, was found and seized in the office of the company "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk.

The technical examination of this computer unit was carried out as well as the review of the data found in this computer unit.

An e-mail dated 03.05.2017 sent from the e-mail address to the e-mail address was found from the investigation

In the subject column of this e-mail it is described "Summary overview, Card of suppliers and customers. While the text is written below:
"Hello,
I have sent you a summary statement of income-expenses, suppliers and customers, until today.
For any ambiguity you can ask me.
All the best!"

Attached to this e-mail are also the documents mentioned above that refer to the financial activity of the company "Igor Elektrik" sh.pk for the period from October 2016 to 02.05.2017.

From the inspection, the document named "Total diary" for the period from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019 was also found. In this document, the payments and collections of the company are reflected in detail, among others, the following data were also found:
1) Collection date 07.01.2019, rights/obligations Partner 1, Nestori deposits in the cash register from Hogaria personale - 500,000;
2) Collection date 09.01.2019, rights/obligations Partner 1, Nestori deposits in the cash register from the personal account - 400,000;
3) Collection date 31.01.2019, yesterday/partner liabilities 1. Nestori deposits in the cash register

On 04/07/2021, citizen Jona Bejko explains to the other person that: "They took my boss from the Laprak unit, knowing that the owner belongs to the state, and they told him to engage with the elections... I was surprised... I said, boss, why did they take me for you... How come, imagine... I got along with you even though you work in the private sector... I'm on the edge of the stairs like this is my owner... Pfff... Yes, director... This is what the director of the municipality told you... He is in the same unit...".

On 06.01.2023, the citizen Jona Bejkoi sends the interlocutor a photo showing an object, and then this conversation takes place between them:

Jona: "We make this hotel without us

Jona: It's an axis. Our owner... Lali Eri e kta

Jona: And I only get 60 thousand IEK tcelbta".

Jona: "There's a fight here from the office.. Nestor had a bad time with the head of finance... She slammed the door in his face... he drove her home... Qrr... It's good that you stopped... You have no idea what's going on here... They tell you Nestor, so openly, whose side are you on?"
